I am a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in risk, controls and assurance. My career started at KPMG, where I worked in audit and risk consulting across a range of industries, including banking, private equity and consumer goods. Since then, I have spent my career in asset management, holding both first and second line risk and controls roles at AXA Investment Managers and Aviva Investors. As Head of Controls Oversight & Assurance at Aviva Investors, I lead a first line team that works closely with the business to help manage risk, strengthen controls and support good governance.
