Scott Kurland

Scott Kurland is a Managing Director at SS&C Technologies, and Global Head of Product & Marketing for SS&C Singularity, the industry’s first intelligent, AI-driven investment operations and accounting solution.  Prior to joining SS&C, Mr. Kurland served as Managing Director and Head of Workflow Technology at ITG in New York, overseeing the firm’s trading and analytics software, global FIX network and post-trade processing platforms - servicing some of the world’s largest asset managers and hedge funds.  A 20+ year veteran and serial entrepreneur in the financial services industry, Mr. Kurland was a co-founder of Elephant eXpress, where he launched one of the first listed alternative trading systems in conjunction with the National Stock Exchange, as well as a co-founder and Head of Product Development at ESP Technologies, where he pioneered the concept of an Electronic Algorithm Routing Network (EARN) and Single Ticket Clearing (STC) and was granted two patents for innovative post-trade equities aggregation and settlement software that he developed for the global asset management community.  Mr. Kurland received his finance degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
