Richard has spent the past decade advising COOs, CTOs, and Heads of Operations on their most critical strategic decisions. Initially at BCG, where he built and ran a Technology & Operations diagnostic capability, before moving to Alpha FMC to continue supporting financial institutions through transformation. In 2025, Richard joined Unqork, where he now works with leading firms to tackle the major technology and operations challenges they will face over the next 5–7 years.
