Dr. Ravi Rao is a globally known expert in the application of emotional neuroscience to transform corporate leadership and customer experience. Attendees across five continents have participated in his workshop sessions. His clients include Fortune 500 companies in life sciences, entertainment, travel, and insurance. He is the author of "Emotional Business: Inspiring Human Connectedness to Grow Earnings and the Economy", which peaked at number 9 on Amazon's Hot New Releases in Business in 2012.  Dr. Rao received his academic training at Johns Hopkins and was a pediatric neurosurgery resident at the Children's Hospital of Boston, where he received the Award for Excellence in Teaching of Surgery from Harvard Medical School. He was formerly with management consulting firm McKinsey & Company for five years. He is based in Los Angeles.
