Par leads AccessFintech’s Buyside Client Experience, with a focus on supporting the buyside community through their engagement with AFT. She is passionate about operational efficiency and bringing the market together to collaborate, efforts which she facilitates through cross-market working groups and workshops. Having previously spearheaded the creation and rollout of AFT’s securities product suite, Par’s area of expertise covers transaction processing, regulatory changes, and market advancements such as CSDR and forthcoming acceleration of settlement cycles. Par currently sits on HM Treasury Taskforce for Accelerated Settlement and supports multiple market bodies with associate research, fact finding and solutioning. Before joining AccessFintech, Par supported BNP Paribas’ Outsourced Middle Office operations, where she gained cross-product experience in operational, relationship management and project management roles. Glasgow-based, Par also sits on the FinTech Scotland Cluster Board. She uses this platform to advocate for the FinTech community in Scotland, and specifically to support diversity and young talent in the sector.
