Matt Vodicka is Head of Product for AI Foundry, where he leads the strategy, design, and delivery of AI-native products and platform capabilities for capital markets, asset management, and wealth professionals. He focuses on translating advances in generative and agentic AI into trusted, high-impact workflows that help institutional users research, analyze, model, and make decisions with greater speed and confidence. Drawing on deep expertise in financial data, investment banking and buy-side research workflows, and enterprise software design, Matt leads products that combine intelligent agents with the data, controls, and collaborative experiences required in high-stakes financial environments. Since joining FactSet in 2012, he has led a range of strategic initiatives spanning core product development, acquisition integrations, content initiatives, and platform innovation.
