Mandy Rawlinson is Head of UK and EMEA, Aberdeen Investments, where she is responsible for, among other things, the overall P&L and strategy across the region. Mandy has held various roles at Aberdeen including Head of Client Risk and Governance; where she was responsible for building a new client risk function, Chief of Staff; where she was responsible for business transformation, and Head of Strategy and Management EMEA; where she was responsible for identifying and leading enhancement and regulatory change projects (such as Brexit and legal entity rationalisation) to deliver improved business efficiencies, better governance and an enhanced client experience. In addition, Mandy sits as a director on investment entities in the UK, Cayman Islands and the Middle East. Ms. Rawlinson is a Solicitor (qualified in Scotland and England and Wales) and a Notary Public. She holds an LL.B (Honours) in Scots Law from The University of Dundee and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law. Mandy also has undertaken Executive Education with Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Mandy is an ex-professional athlete, representing Team Great Britain at two World Equestrian Games, in Rome (1998) and Jerez (2002).
