I am a qualified chartered accountant and have worked in financial services for most of my career. I have significant experience in controls governance and assurance, as well as reporting and analysis. Over the past 13 years I have performed diverse roles within Aviva Investors Operations. I lead an amazing first line risk and controls team that keeps our global operational processes running smoothly and safely. I moved from South Africa to the UK early on in my career, and the past 25 years have been filled with challenges, and incredible rewards. I consider myself a strategic thinker and creative problem solver with a proven track record of delivering on complex challenges. I am curious by nature and thrive on new learning experiences.
