Krzysztof Wierzchowski serves as a Senior Vice President of Franklin Templeton Services Business Transformation department and Board Member of Franklin Templeton Investments Poland Sp. z o.o. He leads the firm’s strategic initiatives and drives impactful structural changes across the organization. Krzysztof ensures that operational enhancements and process improvements align with long-term corporate goals while fostering innovation and efficiency. Krzysztof has joined Franklin Templeton in 2012 and since then held several other roles within the organization, including Director of Global Trade Services and Vice President of Securities Services. In these positions, he was focused on the development and execution of strategies that optimized business performance leveraging global resource pool. Krzysztof has also played a key role ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment to the industry standards representing Franklin Templeton at the industry forums, such as DTCC EMEA Advisory Council and InvestOps EMEA Advisory Board. Earlier in his career, Krzysztof gained knowledge and experience, having worked in multinational environment across different sectors in global financial organizations such as Legal & General and HSBC, where he contributed to operational improvements, financial management, and risk mitigation strategies.
