Emma currently leads the UK T+1 Programme at Euroclear, alongside programme management for the Accelerated Settlement Taskforce. She is also responsible for a number of regulatory and mandatory change initiatives, and for the ongoing Asset Servicing transformation within Euroclear UK & International. Prior to joining Euroclear, Emma spent over 14 years at Barclays, holding a range of senior leadership roles across technology and change. Her experience includes leading the Investment Bank’s Brexit technology migration, delivering client‑facing technology platforms for Barclays Africa, and overseeing the Corporate and Markets regulatory change and Data portfolios, as well as major transformation programmes within the Corporate Bank. Earlier in her career, Emma held technology roles across multiple sectors, including insurance, medical technology, telecommunications and financial services, bringing a broad cross‑industry perspective to large‑scale transformation and operational change.
