She has been with the firm for 18 years spending most of her time leading teams focused on back and middle office system improvements. Over the past 6 years, Cyndi has been the business owner of Franklin’s Back and Middle Office Data Integration platform with a specific focus on facilitating the move of back-office platforms from in house to vendor platforms and integrating data from acquisitions.
