Clare is Global Head of Markets Operations Client Strategy Clare is responsible for delivering Client Strategy for Markets Operations: Ensuring Best in Class service for Platinum clients, delivering a cohesive communications strategy and focusing on data driven client improvement. Since joining Citi in 2005 on the Operations Graduate Programme, Clare spent 8 years working in Prime Brokerage, growing to manage the EMEA Client Service and Client Integration teams. In 2013, Clare joined Operational Client Relationship Management and grew to manage the EMEA team in 2017. Clare became Global Head of Client Strategy in 2024. Clare has a BSc from Warwick University in Maths, Operational Research, Statistics & Economic.
