Chris Ballard is Director of Sales Engineering – EMEA, Data & Analytics at BNY. He joined BNY in 2021 and brings more than 24 years of experience across investment management and financial technology. In his current role, Chris leads pre-sales engagement across EMEA, working with clients to shape data and analytics solutions around their business priorities. He is focused on delivering high-quality, client-centric interactions and helping firms translate complex data challenges into practical business outcomes. Prior to joining BNY, Chris held roles at HSBC, Schroders, BlackRock, Barclays, and Fiserv, spanning operational finance, consulting, and leadership positions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Biology from the University of Liverpool and is a part-qualified CIMA management accountant.
